Barry’s Carp Fly – Umpqua Fly

This pattern comes from one of the pioneers of pursuing carp on the fly, Barry Reynolds.

When the carp are looking for a big meal, this is a must have.

This patterns inherit buggy-ness and naturalistic appearance makes for a fantastic crawfish or dragonfly nymph that is sure to fool the often-wary carp.

Designed to ride hook up, you can strip the fly into the feeding zone without getting hung up on the bottom.
