I ordered mine and received it with some small blemishes. Customer service gave me the option to return and replace or keep and get a partial refund. I was pleasantly surprised and needed the mount as it is spring fishing time and I couldn’t wait for a replacement. It’s been a great mount. Rock solid and looks good. Fish USA has always exceeded my expectations.
