Description The Pro Skirt Tool is a cam operated skirt collar expander for producing fishing lure skirts. All metal construction. The base and posts are anodized aluminum. The Pro Skirt Tool is a stand alone unit that does not need to be clamped down or attached to a bench or table. The jaws are adjustable with allen set screws. Allen wrenches are provided with the tool.
