Roto Spinner Blades

Description An unusually effective free-spinning nickel plated blade, the Roto blade is often used ahead of a weighted treble to which a bucktail has been tied or in front of a crawler harness. They can also be used on spinner bait. The design makes it always spin even at slow retrieve speeds.
